I cannot fathom how a person that claims to love music could strongly prefer a particular genre, to the neglect of all others.

I grew up listening to classical music almost constantly - while studying, while doing homework, during road trips with my family. The famous composers - Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart, Strauss - they informed how I thought about music.

Lately, I've gotten into a more psychedelic flavor. Tame Impala, of course, dominated my sound system 2013-2015, alongside Pink Floyd (never gets old). Psychic Ills (a little band from NYC) has been fantastic. And of course Summer of Love, and an incredibly underrated album Days of Future Passed, Velvet Underground...
